Harness The Power Of Your Breath: Module II – Beyond the Foundation – Expanding Mind, Body and Breath

Harness The Power of Your Breath

A three-part series to teach you to engage deeply with your most precious gift – your breath.

Your breath is your most powerful resource for calming your mind and healing your body.

Discover the power, magnificence, and sweetness of every breath you take!

You make this discovery by learning to pay attention to its quiet gifts.

When you do, whole worlds of subtle possibilities open to you.

You learn that your breath is not limited to your everyday understanding of how you breathe.

Then you uncover the mystery and the healing power of your own breath.

Welcome to the Contemplative Practice Breath Course, a three-part series to teach you to engage deeply with your most precious gift – your breath.

Module II – Beyond the Foundation – Expanding Mind, Body and Breath

The second 3 lesson module is open to all who have completed Module I.

Expand your experience and your practice by studying the esoteric anatomy and philosophy of your breath with advanced breath practices. These ancient teachings increase your ability to use your breath as a vehicle for increased health, calm, and deeper contemplative experience. You will learn rarely taught philosophy and breath practices.

What do you get when you enroll in the course?

Each Module consists of 3 lessons. Each lesson is 1 ½ hours long.  You will receive hand outs for each lesson explaining the anatomy and philosophy of the practice.  Each lesson includes an experiential portion for each practice followed by a discussion with answers to your questions.

Each week, in between classes, you will practice with specially created practice recordings for each lesson. Every lesson includes a review session of your homework with responses to your comments, and questions. Group discussion is open to  those who wish to share their experiences.

If you miss a lesson, arrangements will be made for you to receive the missed information so that you can keep up with the lessons and continue with the practices.
