Sign Up Process
Acuity: use our website to connect to Acuity Online Scheduler. You can create an account and purchase classes/workshops, class packs, or private sessions. You may book any of our offerings online, via our scheduling platform. Our online scheduler is designed to be simple and seamless.
However, if you prefer to not use the online scheduler due to tech comfort or tech familiarity, email info@contemplative sac.com for additional assistance or text (530) 400-6303. If a spot is available in a class/workshop, I will do my best to add you manually with sufficient notice.
Scheduling: Our classes fill up quickly. Registration opens six weeks in advance. If you would like to attend class and the registration window has closed, text (530) 400-6303. I will let you know if there is spot in class. If so, you are welcome to attend and pay afterwards.
Waitlist
Automatic Notification: if a spot in a class or workshop opens, you’ll be notified via text message. Confirm within 2 hours to secure your place. If you do not confirm within 2 hours of receiving your text, the spot will automatically be given to the next person in line.
Day of Availability: check for last-minute openings; spots often become available the same day.
What to Wear
Comfortable Clothing: This is not a workout. Any soft, comfortable clothing is appropriate. Pants are highly recommend. Bring something long sleeve to cover up if you like to be cozy.
Footwear: Barefoot or socks are ideal. No shoes are worn in the studio. Many students bring a pair of fuzzy socks to wear, especially during the colder months.
Class Arrivals
First Time Students: please arrive 15 minutes for a brief studio tour and ample time to settle in. We are excited to welcome you!
Returning students should arrive about 5-10 minutes before class starts.
Late Arrivals
We cannot accommodate arrivals to a CPY class more than 5 minutes late.
Pregnancies and Injuries
Inform Us: email us about any injuries or if you are pregnant.
Private Sessions: recommended for those with specific injuries or chronic aches and pains before attending group classes.
Cancellations and No Shows
Group Class Cancellations: Contemplative Sac has a 24-hour cancellation policy for group CPY classes. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window can be rescheduled and a credit will be applied to your account for you to use within three months.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of class are non-refundable.
Private Session Cancellation Policy: Private sessions and private yoga therapy sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel or miss your private session outside of the 24-hour window, you will be charged the full cost of the session, or one session will be deducted from your package.
Workshops: Contemplative Sac has a 24-hour cancellation policy for Workshops. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be credited to your account. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the Workshop are eligible for a refund.
